COLLABORATIVE LAW PROCESS
Family law conducted in a healthy and amicable process.
Collaborative law is a legal process where each party retains an attorney and signs an agreement to work together to resolve divorce and parenting related issues without going to Court. The process also involves a financial professional as well as a therapeutic professional and can be a less stressful and more cost efficient way to deal with divorce and parenting issues than extended litigation in court.
